When to Refer Patients to a Financial Counselor
Any time a patient wants to pay 100 percent in full for an item or service and asks not to submit a bill to his or her insurance, immediately refer the patient to a Patient Financial Counselor (PFC). Please be advised that a project to complete critical and extensive concrete repairs in the Catherine St. parking structure is underway and scheduled to be completed by mid-September.
