Through kickoff of the Big Game between U-M and OSU on Saturday in Columbus, the two air medical teams are competing to see who can get the most likes, comments and shares on the top post on their Facebook page. When to refer a patient to a Financial Counselor

Any time a patient wants to pay 100% in full for an item or service and asks not to submit a bill to his or her insurance, immediately refer the patient to a Patient Financial Counselor (PFC). Please be advised that the Thanksgiving holiday will impact parking enforcement around the health system campus.On Thursday, Nov. 24 and Friday, Nov. 25, parking enforcement will be suspended for all parking areas except:The Cancer Center (P1)Taubman South (P3)Mott/Simpson (P4)CVC (P5)Arbor Heights (M95) Lot All other areas will be free parking (no permit required), including the following structures:Wall St.Catherine St.Ann St.Glen Ave. Additionally, there will be no U-M bus service on either day. Please be advised that the City of Ann Arbor is scheduled to start an extensive project to reconstruct Stadium Blvd. on Monday, Nov. 21. The project is expected to be completed by September 2017. Seminar to focus on translating the cancer genome to the clinic

Come hear a UMHS expert discuss the translation of the cancer genome to clinical care. As part of the Cancer Center Grand Rounds Seminar Series, Scott A. Tomlins, M.D., Ph.D., will give a talk entitled "Translating the Cancer Genome to the Clinic." Tomlins works in the Departments of Pathology and Urology at UMHS. The seminar will begin at noon on Monday, Nov. 21 in the Ford Auditorium. Lunch will be available beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the Ford Lobby.  All are invited to attend.
