University names first chief organizational learning officer

Dr. Fenner steps into new role at UMHS

On Aug. 1, Dee Fenner, MD, the Harold A. Furlong Professor of Women’s Health, stepped into a new role at UMHS. Dr. Fenner began her work as the new chief clinical officer for University Hospital and the Cardiovascular Center. In this role, Dr. Fenner will partner with Marge Calarco, chief nursing officer for UH/CVC, and Shon Dwyer, executive director for UH/CVC, to provide operational leadership.
