National Walking Day Activities – Wed., April 6

Help the UMHS celebrate National Walking Day on Wednesday, April 6.There are two ways to participate:On-site:  Join UMHS staff member-led walks starting in the Towsley Triangle and concluding with cool-down/stretching back in the Triangle, led by MHealthy.
