In this course, you will apply structured problem-solving methods to address a real work problem. You can work on a problem by yourself or bring a team of 2-5 members (teams are recommended for best results!). Throughout five 2-hour sessions over 10 weeks, you will receive brief instructions on each part of the problem-solving process followed by time to work on your actual problem with guidance from a coach.
