Location

Description
In this learning forum, we will discuss what kind of data is collected, how that data is interpreted and how units/departments can use data to make better informed decisions about how to increase patient satisfaction scores. The forum will also present how units/departments can utilize Tableau to keep track of how their department is doing. We will learn about the STAR ratings for providers. These ratings, in conjunction with the overall scores of each unit/department, including how nurses score, allow us as an organization to understand areas of improvement not only by provider but the whole team, including nursing. We will also learn about the different types of patient experience data that is required through CMS, such as HCAHPS.
