Cornerstone Learning test and assessment functionality to be unavailable May 30-June 2
Cornerstone Learning’s test and assessment functionality for many online and some instructor-led courses will be unavailable from Tuesday, May 30 at 8 a.m. through Friday, June 2 at 5 p.m due to an upgrade to the Questionmark system.
The Questionmark software is used for many online and some instructor-led assessments (i.e., tests, quizzes) in Cornerstone and is being upgraded to the latest version to comply with Michigan Medicine security requirements.
From Tuesday, May 30 at 8 a.m. through Friday, June 2 at 5 p.m., learners will not be able to complete some institutional mandatory, MiChart or other online training that have Questionmark assessments.
For those online courses, they can be started and their progress will be maintained, but the course will not complete during the outage. An error message will appear if a learner tries to access a Questionmark assessment during the outage. The learner will need to complete the assessment after June 2 at 5 p.m. Please see KB0021708 article for additional impact information.
