The rollout of the new USP <800> Hazardous Drug Handling Standards takes place today, April 4. Changes to MiChart and Pyxis began early this morning with changes rolling out over a couple of hours.
Orders with changes in hazardous drug classification may have conflicting comments until discontinued or re-entered. The source of truth will be the MAR banner.
