Patient Experience Week coming soon!
The theme for Patient Experience Week, which will be held beginning next Monday, April 24, is “We are Better Together.” The week will celebrate the human experience which is defined by providing the safest care at the highest quality, that is also compassionate and connected.
This combination creates the patient experience, and it can only occur on a foundation of an engaged and resilient care team.
All week long, the Office of Patient Experience will have displays in the Towsley Triangle (between UH and Mott) to learn more about OPE services:
- MLINE/Physician Relations
- Interpreter Services
- Patient Education and Health Literacy
- OPE volunteers (Advisors and Ambassadors)
Stop by and learn more about how we support faculty, staff, patients and families at Michigan Medicine.
OPE also has many online resources
- Story Library highlights
- Patient Experience Resource Hub
