Safety and Quality are critical in our high reliability journey to providing excellence in patient care. High reliability skills, coupled with teamwork across the enterprise create a culture of empowerment of staff and builds trust with our patients and families.
This discussion will center around the importance of patient centered care, as it related to Michigan Medicine’s goal of zero harm.
Continuing Education Credits – Nursing and Social Work (Instructor-Led Sessions Only)
- University of Michigan Health Nursing Professional Development & Education is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. 1.5 nursing contact hours will be provided.
- Michigan Medicine Department of Social Work is an approved provider with the Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative, Provider #MICEC 0056. This program has been approved for a maximum of 1.5 continuing education clock hours.
