Internal paging website updates coming April 5

On Wednesday, April 5 between 5:30 – 6 a.m., Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) will be installing updates to the internal paging website and will decommission Voice Servers.
Impacts:
- No outage is expected.
- Dial-In access for paging coverage will no longer be accessible
- Communication messages will be added to 66266 and 66268
- Paging coverage can be updated via the internal paging website
- Unauthenticated access to smart web functionality will no longer be active
- Personal paging groups should be updated via the internal paging website
- External access will be limited
- External access will be limited to the VA, U-M Health West, Trinity and Sparrow
- Additional external users will require a sponsored account
