You can register for L&D courses by clicking on the course names below on a first-come, first-serve basis until a class reaches maximum capacity. Once classes are full, registrants can sign up for a waiting list. If called from the waiting list, the registrant has 24 hours to respond and secure a spot.  

Available courses: 

Navigating Change (free) 

Change is inevitable and as an organization and we need to be more agile as we handle consistent change efforts.?When you effectively navigate change, you can:

  • move from the current to the new situation more quickly and easily.
  • help other people accept change and adapt to a new future with greater enthusiasm and energy. 
  • experience greater success, fewer disruptions and less resistance.

This course will consist of three consecutive (2½ hour), facilitator-led webinar sessions that includes interactive group work.?Offered: Tuesday-Thursday, May 16-18, 9-11:30 a.m.

Giving & Receiving Feedback (free) 

This session will focus on strategies for giving and receiving feedback gracefully and provide a model for delivering constructive feedback to others. Participants will have an opportunity to practice utilizing the model and developing strategic ways to give and receive feedback.  

This course is a 1½ hour, facilitator-led online webinar session. Offered: Thursday, June 8, 9-10:30 a.m. 

Radical Candor (free) 

This new class provides a framework for how to give honest feedback to someone you care about. Radical Candor — Caring Personally while Challenging Directly — is guidance and feedback that’s both kind and clear, specific, and sincere.  

This course is a two-hour, facilitator-led online webinar session.?Offered: Tuesday, June 20, 9-11 a.m.
