This National Nutrition Month, explore new ways that nutrition impacts your health and well-being!

Did you know that our ambulatory care RDN team offers more than 50 group classes for people to learn more about nutrition?

Classes include topics such as: Building Better Bones, Figuring Out Fats, Healthy Tips for Cancer Survivors, Nutrition for Brain Health and more!

Anyone who receives care from U-M Health can register themselves. Learn more by clicking here.

The team also offers “Food Talk,” which is designed to help kids build positive relationships with food. That program is open to parents and caregivers of children who live in larger bodies and is a two-part group video vist series.

Food Talk will help you establish a healthy eating environment, decrease stress during mealtimes, encourage a joyful exploration of food and build behaviors to help bodies thrive.

To register for Food Talk, call 734-615-0444.
