Description
To focus the attention of the University community on the impact of school closures on child health and development, we encourage you to attend the 15th Annual Susan B. Meister Lecture in Child Health Policy entitled, “The Impact of School Closures on Child Health and Development: A Call for Interdisciplinary Action.” This year’s keynote speaker is Donna Mazyck, MS, RN, NCSN, CAE, FNASN
Executive Director of the National Association of School Nurses (NASN). Ms. Mazyck has been executive director of the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) since 2011. And has represented NASN and school nurses in Future of Nursing 2030, the White House COVID response focus, and the National Healthy Schools Collaborative development of a ten-year road map for the future of school health. She holds current certifications in school nursing, counseling, and as an association executive.
