Valentine’s Day is almost here and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital is once again holding a celebration for its patients. That’s where you come in. You can choose between a free card or, new this year, a $5 donation sends a brand-new book to each patient to accompany their valentine card and limited-edition holiday teddy bear. Unity and a conversation: How the Purple Initiative is spreading positivity about equality through action and support
A t-shirt, a defaced photo and the friendship of two PICU nurses turned a negative incident into a positive by bringing about conversations, unity and awareness of racism. Welcome to the Purple Initiative, where on the third Friday of every month, the PICU and other units join in by wearing something purple to stand up to racism together. Michigan Medicine’s enterprise website launch a crucial step toward cohesion and simplicity
Members of the Department of Communication worked for years to revamp the organization’s external web presence project. Launched in late January, michiganmedicine.org is the central piece to a reimagined digital footprint that will consolidate, simplify and strengthen Michigan Medicine’s brand recognition.
