The Michigan Medicine five-year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Plan (DEI 2.0) will launch in October.

Whether you work on the front line or are critical support workers behind the scenes, we want to hear from all who work, learn and heal at Michigan Medicine. We need your voice and partnership to continue building toward a more equitable future.

The first five-year strategic plan (2016-2021) was a step in the right direction, but we know that Michigan Medicine has room to grow. The work is not finished and we are committed to cultivating an inclusive environment.

Together, we can make a difference. 

Please help the Office for Health Equity and Inclusion (OHEI) identify Michigan Medicine’s diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities for the next 5 years (2023-2028). This 5-minute questionnaire provides 10 potential priorities. OHEI will use the top 3 most selected priorities to set measurable institutional growth goals and to provide programs and templates for programs that departments can use that will move us toward those goals. This simple questionnaire can be done on a phone, tablet or computer and no login is required. 

Results of this questionnaire will be shared in April 2023 on the OHEI website and through Headlines. These priorities will be reflected in the Michigan Medicine DEI Strategic Plan to be implemented in the fall.
