Description
This riveting 2016 drama is based on Deborah Lipstadt’s 2005 book, History on Trial: My Day in Court with a Holocaust Denier. An award-winning theatrical release starring Rachel Weisz, Timothy Spall, and Tom Wilkinson, it’s an account of the Irving v Penguin Books Ltd case, in which Holocaust scholar Lipstadt was sued by Holocaust denier David Irving for libel in London’s High Court of Justice in 1996.
