Reminder: Let us know what you’re leaving behind in the new year!

January 11, 2023  //  FOUND IN: Our Employees

Whether personally or professionally, everyone has earned a fresh start in 2023.

That’s the idea behind Headlines’ annual “chuck-it bucket.”

This tradition, now in its third year, asks faculty, staff and learners what they are planning to leave in the past.

What will you do differently this year to make it better than 2022?

Maybe you’ll go out of your way to set parameters around work email or phone calls, giving you a better work-life balance.

Or maybe you’ll leave behind a shoddy workout schedule and build in walking breaks and other exercise routines.

Perhaps it’s even more abstract. Last year, one team member put negative toxic influences into her chuck-it bucket, making it easier to focus “on all the blessings surrounding me and my loved ones.”

Another left behind their TV watching habits and doubtful thinking.

So what’s in your chuck-it bucket?
