Plan ahead: Road closure/detour near downtown Ann Arbor

Please be advised that West Summit Street is scheduled to be closed from Main Street to Wildt/Hiscock Street from today through Feb. 6.

Plan ahead and expect delays and alert patients if they will be traveling in the area.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Westbound vehicles traveling on Summit will be detoured south on Main Street, west on Miller Avenue, north on Spring Street and back to Summit Street. 
• Eastbound vehicles on Summit will be detoured south on Spring Street, east on Miller Avenue, north on Main Street and back to Summit Street.
• Local access to businesses and driveways will be maintained at all times. 
• Pedestrian traffic on the north side of Summit Street will be detoured to the south side of the street.
