This development opportunity is for staff who desire to solve problems and improve the processes they work in every day, and for physician providers and senior level leaders who will support the continuous improvement efforts in their areas.
The course is online. Please register at Quality Department, Practicing Healthcare Improvement.
This course must be taken both days, July 18 AND 19. There will be a break from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. each day.
