Find freedom from tobacco with this new program

Thinking of quitting tobacco as a new year’s resolution? There probably isn’t a better way to improve your health in 2023. 

Quitting tobacco is difficult, but also doable. If you intend to use the new year as your inspiration, help is available.

MHealthy’s Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) has partnered with the American Lung Association to offer Freedom From Smoking®. This eight-week program helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. You’ll also get the support you need to remain tobacco-free for life.

Virtual (Zoom) classes take place from 1 – 2:30 p.m. on Wednesdays between Jan. 4 and Feb. 15, 2023.

MHealthy’s Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) is always available to help you. It offers free, one-on-one employee assistance. Certified counselors can help you plan a quit date, explain how your body will react to nicotine withdrawal, offer coping strategies and provide encouragement for those tough days.
