It’s World Diabetes Day!
Today is World Diabetes Day, a chance to recognize all the incredible faculty, staff and learners who are working so hard to improve the lives of those living with the disease.
Much of that work at Michigan Medicine falls under the purview of the Elizabeth Weiser Caswell Diabetes Institute, which provides leadership, coordination and resources to enhance diabetes-related clinical care, research and education.
The goal of the Elizabeth Weiser Caswell Diabetes Institute is to provide transformative diabetes care integrated with clinical research and coordinating informatics infrastructure to support the clinical care and research missions of U-M.
