  • Nov. 2: Italy (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – In this class, you’ll prepare appetizers that can be made ahead of time, so you can spend more time celebrating and less time in the kitchen. Recipes include a quick and easy antipasto board, stuffed mushrooms and more.
  • Nov. 16: France (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Sweet treats are a part of many holiday and dinner tables. In this class, you’ll learn that individual soufflés are much easier to prepare than you might think! You’ll also make bite-sized cookies that pack nicely for gift giving.
