Congratulations to U-M Health, which has been named among the world’s best specialized hospitals and world’s best smart hospitals by Newsweek and Statista!

The World’s Best Specialized Hospitals 2023 ranking identifies and honors the very best hospitals around the globe that specialize in cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, pediatric & adolescent medicine, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, pulmonology and urology.

The World’s Best Smart Hospitals 2023 list, meanwhile, recognizes the 300 best medical institutions worldwide that are leading the field in smart technologies. The survey included recommendations for five sub-categories: electronic functionalities, telemedicine, digital imaging, artificial intelligence and robotics. U-M Health was cited as standing out when it comes to robotics.
