The American Red Cross is conducting several blood drives in September 2022 in the Towsley Dining Room and Auditorium, located at 1500 E. Medical Center Drive in Ann Arbor.

Towsley Lobby

  • Wednesday, Sept. 21; 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, Sept. 22; 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Towsley Dining Room

  • Friday, Sept. 30; 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

There is currently a critical need for platelet donations. Should supply remain low, the availability of platelets for patient care may be impacted. Please consider a platelet donation to the Red Cross.

To schedule an appointment, log onto RedCrossBlood.org (sponsor code: goblue), call 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767), or email Erin Burns at erin.burns2@redcross.org. Appointments highly recommended. Please bring a photo ID.

Streamline your donation experience and save up to 15 minutes by visiting RedCrossBlood.org/RapidPass to complete your pre-donation reading and health history questions on the day of your appointment.

Volunteers are needed to help at check-in and the canteen tables. Details about donating or volunteering at the drives can be found here: https://wolverinesforlife.org/events.
