Faculty workshop: Compassionate leadership
Whether crisis is in the world or within a team, compassionate leaders can acknowledge and respond to painful emotions and promote hope, collaboration and healing.
Participants in this workshop will learn principles and practices for positive leadership during times of crisis and change.
Informed by research and best practices from compassionate organizations, participants will have opportunities for reflection and discussion as they learn strategies to support themselves and their colleagues in difficult times.
This is an interactive session with time for group discussion.
