Registration for the 2022 Conference on Adolescent Health closes this Friday, July 29.
Don’t miss out on the conference that brings together multidisciplinary adolescent health professionals for two full days of breakout sessions, oral presentations, poster presentations and networking opportunities. CEUs will be available.
This hybrid event runs from Aug. 11-12, and the in-person portion will take place at the Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest in Ypsilanti.
The conference will kick off with a featured session on “Beyond Parentectomies: Promoting Family-Centered Care in Adolescent LGBTQ+ and Sexual Health,” which will explore the applications of a parent/caregiver inclusive, triadic approach in adolescent health.
This talk will be led by Vinny Chulani, M.D., (he/him), section chief of adolescent medicine at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Dalmacio Dennis Flores, Ph.D., ACRN (he/him), University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, and co-presented with members of AHI’s TAC TAC: Sarah Kabala (she/her), Anum Latif (she/her), Aayush Unadkat (he/him), and Arya Kamat (she/her).
