A new temporary site, Care Guides from Your Clinician, was designed to help you access necessary patient education materials.
The careguides.med.umich.edu URL remains active and now points to this new site. However, individual departmental or condition specific pages will have new URLs. The team will reach out to provide updated links in the near future.
The previous versions of the Patient Education Clearinghouse and Care Guides sites were removed due to a security incident. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
