Tell us what you think of food options at Michigan Medicine: Retail food survey now open!

May 16, 2022  //  FOUND IN: Updates & Resources

Now is an opportunity to share your feedback and rate your retail food services dining experience at Michigan Medicine. This week, two different survey options are available to help you rate out food suppliers who serve you.

Faculty and staff can rate Aramark Services venues, including University Hospital Café, Einstein Bros. Bagels in University Hospital, Get Away & Play Café in C&W and Subway in C&W. Click here to take the Aramark survey.

Picasso Restaurant Group venues are also part of the survey, which includes the 20/20 Café in Kellogg, Atrium Healthy Heart Café in the Frankel Cardiovascular Center or Victors Way located between the Cancer Center and University Hospital. Click here to take the Picasso survey.

The surveys were developed to measure feedback and overall satisfaction and will take participants 2 to 3 minutes to complete.

Whether or not you use retail food venues, you are asked that you share your thoughts. Your participation will enable the organization to gain valuable insight to help improve operations and your overall dining experience.

Your opinion matters! Some of the retail food initiatives implemented because of previous surveys include:

  • Guest restaurants
  • Enhanced grab-n-go options
  • Increased number of specials
  • Rotating specials during off-shifts
  • Increase food selection in all locations
  • Display cooking
  • Increased MHealthy selections
  • Increased diet restriction options
  • Availability of nutritional & ingredient information
  • Allergy free station

Thank you for taking the time to participate before the survey deadline on May 21.
