New workshops: Reconnect with teammates, create healthy boundaries

MHealthy is offering two, special 30-minute workshops in May to support Mental Health Awareness Month. Any U-M faculty or staff member can join in virtually via Zoom.
May 10: Social Connection Activities for Hybrid and Remote Teams Workshop
Are you hoping to find creative ways to reconnect with your remote or hybrid work team? Do you find that time and Zoom fatigue are limiting you and your team’s ability to find joy in team connection?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, join this 30-minute workshop on Tuesday, May 10. You’ll learn ways to help you and your team reconnect and add some fun into those zoom-filled days.

May 25: Setting Healthy Boundaries Workshop
Many workers enjoy their new-found ability to work from home or in a hybrid fashion. However, many are also saying they struggle to set boundaries between their work and personal schedules.
On May 25, join this 30-minute workshop to get guidance, resources and tools around setting work-related and personal boundaries. Learn how to lower stress levels while generating feelings of empowerment and self-control. You’ll also learn to reframe your mind-set when it comes to asking for help, task delegation and saying no in order to focus on the tasks and goals that are most important to you.
