The 38th annual Internal Medicine Update course will take place Friday – Sunday, July 29-31 at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.
7:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. daily
This is a clinically-focused program designed for primary care health providers interested in the diagnosis and management of clinical problems encountered in primary care. This would include family physicians, general practitioners, internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other health care professionals involved in primary care. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to, Human Trafficking 101, Living to 100: Clinical Insights From the National Poll on Healthy Aging, and COVID-19: Primary Care Considerations. This course has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and MOC credit.
