You’re invited: CBSSM Research Colloquium, Bishop Lecture in Bioethics
On Wednesday, April 13, a half-day event hosted by the Center for Bioethics and Social Sciences and Medicine will include research presentations and a keynote address.
For the 12th straight year, the Bishop Lecture in Bioethics will serve as the colloquium’s keynote address. The lecture, entitled “Public Health Law After COVID-19,” will be delivered by Stanford University professor Michelle M. Mello. She will discuss legal challenges to vaccination mandates and other COVID-19 orders, accountability for exercises of emergency powers and the future of public health law.
