Summer – The Bay View II, Offield Family Viewlands by Raymond Gaynor

Group f/16 artists are internationally recognized for their unquenchable thirst for experiencing nature’s mercurial and magical moods.

A current exhibition on display at Michigan Medicine channels what Hemingway, Shipman, Dennis and Steinbeck experienced. The photos display the glory of autumn colors; the glitter and shimmer of lakes, rivers, ice shards and frozen lighthouses; and the soothing grace of windswept green fields and colorful wildflowers carpeting Michigan woods.

Group f/16’s compositions and interpretations run the aperture gamut from pinhole to wide open. This exhibition draws the viewer into and through a gallery of expansive and macro views of Michigan’s seasonal beauty.
