One Day Closer is a free outreach event that provides high school students with the opportunity to engage with faculty and trainees of the Rogel Cancer Center. The event showcases the efforts of the research and clinical staff to bring us closer to a cure for cancer.

Students will learn about cancer care and research from center faculty and staff through interactive activities, short career talks and lab tours.

The goal of One Day Closer is to inspire high school students to pursue an interest in science, and apply those skills to cancer research, care and prevention.
