Join the Michigan Hospital Association Keystone Center’s bite-sized evidence-based well-being webinar series!

The series is open to every health care worker in Michigan (clinical and non-clinical) on behalf of the MHA Keystone Center and Duke Center for Healthcare Safety and Quality.

Why is this series so important? Compared to anxiety and depression, burnout is relatively easier to prevent and treat. Bite-sized strategies can significantly enhance your well-being and, through sharing, the well-being of your coworkers.

The sessions are schedule for Tuesdays at noon, with a planned start date of March 1.

They will be held virtually for 10th week, with an 11th week optional on sharing content with colleagues.

Recordings will be available to view/share after each live session.

Up to 11 hours of CME/ANCC credit available
