When it comes to memory power and concentration, food choices can make a difference. March’s two-class series will focus on giving your brain the nourishment it requires to boost your mood and stay focused. Chefs will also provide tips to help you save time and cut costs.

Registration is now open for March’s series. Register by 10 a.m., March 3.

  • March 9 Class (6 – 6:45 p.m.): The Power of Plants

  • March 30 Class (6 – 6:45 p.m.): Load Up on Leafy Greens
