Ceramic vessels now on display at Michigan Medicine
Ann Arbor-based artist Mark Meier is a designer and educator. He explores creative opportunities at the intersection of design, technology, fabrication, code and art.
Meier’s work is created using industrial robots at the Taubman College of Architecture at U-M. He develops his own software to control the machines. This robotic technology allows forms, surfaces, textures and patterns not previously possible with traditional ceramic methods.
