Campaign to support employee recruitment kicks off this week

There’s a new tool in the organization’s efforts to attract more of the “best and brightest” to join the Michigan Medicine team.

This week, Human Resources and the Department of Communication launched a new advertising campaign to support talent recruitment efforts across the medical enterprise.

The initiative is an extension of the organization’s “Michigan Answers” brand campaign that launched last year. 

Initially, placements include billboards, displays on ad screens at select participating gas stations, social media ads, digital ads across a variety of popular websites and YouTube advertising. 

The ads drive people to a special “careers” section on the www.MichiganAnswers.com campaign site.

From that careers page, visitors can view job postings in “hot job” areas, learn about benefits and watch a video sharing some of the many reasons why Michigan Medicine team members have chosen a career here.
