All Michigan Medicine faculty and staff are invited to the next Patient Experience Learning Forum, “Service Recovery and De-escalation Strategies to Improve the Patient Experience.”

This engaging presentation and interprofessional panel conversation will discuss service recovery and its role in high-quality, compassionate care.
