Plan ahead: Temporary parking space closures in M29 and along West Medical Center Drive

Please be advised that DTE Energy is currently pulling cables from North Campus and Medical Campus areas.
In order to accomplish this work, DTE will need to access vaults along Nichols Drive within the M29 (“The Pit”) parking lot and along West Medical Center Drive.
The following parking impacts are anticipated:
- M29 (“The Pit”): Approximately 8 spaces are expected to be closed along Nichols Drive beginning Tuesday, Dec. 7 and will remain closed for a few days until work is completed.
- West Medical Center Drive: Approximately 5 spaces are likely to be closed along West Medical Drive near the stairs to Glen Ave. beginning Tuesday, Dec. 7 and will remain closed for a few days until work is completed.
While DTE accesses vault areas along East Medical, Nichols and West Medical Center drives, traffic will be maintained with flaggers.
