Patient Safety Reporting System upgrade coming Tuesday
The Patient Safety Reporting System is scheduled to be down during business hours (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on Tuesday, Nov. 2. This system collects reports submitted by faculty and staff across the health system about patient safety events and patient/family feedback.
What to know:
- This upgrade makes new features available and is expected to improve system performance and user experience
- Safety reports may be submitted during downtime using an abbreviated downtime safety reporting form, which users will be directed to from existing hyperlinks
- Automated alert and report emails to reviewers from RL will resume after downtime
