On Wednesday, Sept. 29, Leah Litman, an assistant professor in the U-M Law School, will present “Abortion Legislation in the Wake of the New Texas Law.”
Litman’s talk is part of the Center for Biethics and Social Sciences in Medicine Grand Rounds series, and is being co-sponsored by Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital.
From noon until 1 p.m. on Sept. 29, Litman will explain the current litigation surrounding Texas SB8 and what might come next.
