Video: Flexible First employee forum

On Tuesday, Michigan Medicine leaders held an employee forum to discuss the Flexible First Workforce and Workplace initiative.

Members of the Planning Committee presented an update on Flexible First and shared resources for managers and employees as the organization prepares for many members of its workforce to return to campus in some capacity in the coming weeks and months. There was also a Q&A session.
