New emergency preparedness training to launch later this month

Emergency Management Operations recently updated the institutional mandatory PREP-10057/PREP-C10025 Emergency Management Operations Preparedness Training due to recent changes in Joint Commission and CMS regulations.  

The regulations require that U-M Health provide emergency preparedness training to all staff. 

This updated training is approximately 8 minutes in length and will be assigned to your Learning Plan in MLearning later this month. The training should be completed within 30 days of assignment. 

Employees who have completed the course in the last 30 days will not need to retake the training.
