Free webinar: How to get your staff talking about race and bias
Learn how Anne Arundel Medical Center uses their “Coming to the Table” series to create a more diverse and inclusive culture through open, candid conversations. These monthly meetings are held during work hours to provide the opportunity for staff of all roles and levels to discuss cultural differences and ways to mitigate unconscious bias.
