Faculty and Staff Engagement Improvement Planning Information Session

Last week, it was announced that we will begin to move forward with improvement (action) planning based on results from the 2021 Faculty and Staff Engagement Surveys. In support of this work, there will be two one (1) hour information sessions for leaders. Each of the Improvement Planning sessions will:

  • Outline current MM improvement priorities related to engagement and provide detailed guidance for each from a panel of MM subject matter experts
  • Provide instructions for entering Improvement Plans into the Press Ganey portal
  • Identify additional resources to aid in improvement planning
  • Answer questions

Sessions will be held via Zoom, and no register is required.
