2021 Vital Voices Staff Engagement Survey results: How we did and what’s to come
In March, nearly 75% of the workforce took the Vital Voices Staff Engagement Survey. Now, the results are in! The feedback shows the organization has areas of strength (including benefits, pay and the comfort staff members have in speaking up for safety) and areas for improvement (including teamwork and the prevalence of burnout). Updated logos, new name for clinical enterprise launched as part of Michigan Medicine brand realignment initiative

Diversity Means More: Diversify the Workforce
The Anti-Racism Oversight Committee includes a subgroup focused on improving diversity in the workforce. This week, the group shared its short- and long-term plans to increase Michigan Medicine’s underrepresented minority workforce and ensure they are receiving the support they need at all levels.
