Faculty workshop: Using Your Strengths

This workshop will focus on ways you currently use your strengths and new opportunities for using them. It will also include strategies for recognizing others’ strengths and ways to celebrate them.

Using Your Strengths is part of Faculty Development’s Resilience and Wellness Series. This monthly resilience and well-being series has been designed specifically for faculty at the U-M Medical School. These workshops will equip you with actionable skills to enhance your ability to overcome adversity, manage stress, and thrive in your professional and personal life. In this highly experiential workshop, you will engage in practical exercises and discuss strategies for applying the skills after the sessions.

You are encouraged to register for any and all of the workshops that interest you.
