The ‘Queue’ has cleared: Blue Queue questionnaire and email service closing on May 21

May 19, 2021  //  FOUND IN: Updates & Resources

As of today, all U-M personnel who have completed the Blue Queue questionnaire and indicated an interest in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine have been invited to schedule an appointment or have received the vaccine elsewhere. Recognizing that some individuals in Blue Queue who indicated wanting the vaccine may have chosen to defer, or may have had other barriers to getting scheduled, information was provided this week directly to those members about opportunities that will continue to exist to get vaccinated.

Michigan Medicine is now transitioning the process for faculty, staff and learners to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. It is no longer necessary to complete the Blue Queue questionnaire or to update it after getting the vaccine.

If you want to get the vaccine and you are a Michigan Medicine employee, contractor or temporary staff member:

  • Occupational Health Services (OHS) will be offering walk-in COVID-19 vaccinations at the OHS Clinic from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day. An employee ID is required to be vaccinated.
  • If you have any other questions regarding vaccination, please call OHS at 734-764-8021.
  • Michigan Medicine employees who are also registered as Michigan Medicine patients can access patient vaccination opportunities by contacting the COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling Call Center at 734-763-6336 or visiting their MyUofMHealth.org patient portal.

U-M students, faculty and staff should visit the Campus Maize & Blueprint website for information on vaccination opportunities. You can also contact the Campus COVID-19 Call Center at 734-936-7000. Call Center hours are Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Michigan Medicine managers/supervisors: As you welcome new team members, please provide information on the OHS walk-in clinic as the option to receive their COVID-19 vaccine.
