For those who are looking to advance the organization’s anti-racism efforts into everyday work, there will soon be vital tools and resources available to you. The Advocacy and Professional Development Subcommittee of the Anti-Racism Oversight Committee is creating templates and action plans that managers and supervisors can use in ongoing, regular staff meetings.
